Barbarism in modern society

The actions of an American barbarian who has no sense of modern civilization:

There is an illegal immigrant from South America. I have forgotten the specific country. I have been targeted by ICE and issued a deportation order. He will be deported from the United States soon.

But his country is the kind of asshole country Trump said, and he doesn't want to go back even if he died. So, one morning, he deliberately killed a Chinese man in his 70s who was running in the morning. Then waited at the scene for the police to arrest him.
